Business Analyst Bria Balliet has become the latest TSA team member to complete both Hootsuite’s Social Marketing certification and Constant Contact’s Solution Provider Certification Program. Participants are then required to pass a 60-question exam with a score of 80 percent or higher in order to be listed in Hootsuite’s “Certified Professionals Directory.”

Bria (along with the rest of the TSA team) is now listed on the Directory, showcasing her proficiency in social media best practices and familiarity with multiple platforms.

The Constant Contact Solution Provider Certification Program offers more than five hours of training videos and 10+ hours of webinars to its participants. As a certified Constant Contact Solution Provider, Bria has demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Constant Contact email marketing platform and best practices.
