Allison Molnar Joins Team Tripepi Smith
The Tripepi Smith team continues to grow with the arrival of Talent Curator Allison Molnar on April 18, 2022.
Talent Curator is a new position at Tripepi Smith. As the firm continues to grow, it is important to have in place functions that better support the army of frontline talent that is delivering for Tripepi Smith clients. Allison will be responsible for taking on Human Resources roles and responsibilities and will oversee projects and tasks such as payroll and benefits, recruiting and onboarding, and helping employees track their skills development and map out their career paths at Tripiepi Smith.

Allison brings a strong background in human resources and recruiting with extensive experience in retail, restaurant and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Throughout Allison’s career, she has supported employees across the United States and among all levels. She has spearheaded corporate projects, such as revamping the performance appraisal process and developing appraisal forms. Allison has also filled a variety of positions including director/manager-level positions, engineering/scientific positions and hourly positions. She enjoys developing working relationships and supporting business needs.
