Livermore logoTripepi Smith has completed its Communications Assessment engagement with the City of Livermore.

Ryder Todd Smith, president of Tripepi Smith, delivered a presentation to the Livermore City Council on January 13, 2014. The presentation summarized the ten week project, highlighted important findings, and identified pathways to further enhance communications. The item was received and filed, and Tripepi Smith will now enter Phase II of the project to provide implementation support in carrying out the proposed communication improvements. The staff report can be found here: LivermoreTSAStaffReport.

“The team at the City of Livermore has been great to work with,” noted Ryder. “The staff clearly take a lot of pride in their city and want others to know its story. Throughout the whole engagement, we found enthusiastic staff that were looking for new ways to engage residents and increase transparency. Now we turn to the work of carrying out the suggestions and closing the gaps on some of the findings we made.”
