Doodle: A Great Scheduling App
Have you ever found yourself in charge of planning a meeting for a half dozen people with busy schedules? Have you emailed and called and juggled schedules, only to have the most important person on the team have something “come up” at the last minute, sending you back to square one?
Allow us to introduce you to Doodle.
For the record, we don’t work for or financially support this service in any way. We don’t even use all the functionality Doodle has to offer. We just think it’s super helpful for finding a time when everyone can meet (either in person or for a conference call).
One of the best things about it is that everyone can see everyone else’s responses. So if you have one person that might not have listed Monday at 3pm as an optimal time, but they can see that everyone else can do the meeting then, they might work a little harder to make 3pm work for them too.
